We're based in Newburgh and we work outward from there — Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, Sullivan, and Putnam counties, roughly a 60 to 90 minute drive. That radius isn't a marketing boundary, it's a scheduling one. Recurring commercial cleaning only works if the crew can get to you reliably on the same day every week, in February, without a two-hour drive making the whole route fragile.

Which is why the pages below list a drive time from our Newburgh base rather than just claiming the county. The closer towns are the ones we can get to for a same-week walkthrough or cover at short notice; the further ones we still serve, on schedules built with the travel accounted for.
