Cleaning Services in Newburgh, NY

Shine Cleaning is based right here in Newburgh (opens in new tab) — this is home base, not a service-area outpost. Arica Richter runs the business locally, with Steve and their family working alongside her, and Newburgh is where most of the team’s day-to-day work happens: apartment communities, small offices, daycares, and homes throughout the city.

Who we work with in Newburgh

Newburgh’s mix of historic homes, waterfront properties, and small commercial buildings means no two jobs look quite the same — this is the same city that surrounds Washington’s Headquarters State Historic Site (opens in new tab) on the waterfront. We clean office space, retail storefronts, and daycares on a recurring schedule, and we handle residential cleaning and window cleaning for homeowners across the city — including the older homes near downtown that need a gentler touch on original windows and trim.

Local, not a call center

Being based in Newburgh means we can usually get someone out for a walkthrough quickly, and it means the person who quotes the job is part of the crew that shows up to do it — not a dispatcher reading from a script three states away.
