Shine Cleaning was built by Arica Richter on hard work, dependability, and genuinely caring about the people she cleans for. Her husband Steve joined full-time in 2023, and their sons have worked alongside them over the years too — this is a small, hands-on team, not a franchise with a call center three states away.
We work with property managers, facility managers, apartment communities, and local businesses that need cleaning they can build a schedule around — plus homeowners across the Hudson Valley who want that same reliability for their own homes.
That state certification is one commercial, municipal, and institutional clients can count toward their own supplier-diversity goals — a practical reason to bring us in, on top of the cleaning itself.
